Azul Online Shop Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

Title of Goods supplied by www.azulfit.com shall pass to the buyer upon payment of the purchase price in full. We are Azul Fit, trading as Azul Fit SL, 14-4 Calle Marcelino Camacho Abad, Corralejo 35660. You are the Buyer detailed on the order form.

Our Agreement is to supply the Goods, made on the date that the buyer enters an agreement with our online payment company.

Our Agreement includes all written correspondence from us to you (the Buyer) and the descriptions of Goods as provided by us on our website or any other written correspondence.

2. Colour and Style Representations

All colours and styles are represented to the best of our ability on our website and in pictures. Colours may vary depending on print and computer screen resolution. Some prints are handmade and hence they cannot be replicated exactly the same every time, though we try our best to do so.

Azul Fit SL does not take responsibility for this discrepancy.

3. Prices

These are as listed on the website. Prices are inclusive of local taxes, but excluding delivery. At times, these prices might change at the discretion of Azul Fit SL. The price at the time of order confirmation will be the price guaranteed.

4. Delivery

Delivery will be undertaken once full payment of goods is received. Terms of delivery will be stated at the time of order and Azul Fit SL will do everything possible to adhere to an agreed delivery schedule. At times, this might not be possible due to production difficulties or problems with delivery methods. Azul Fit SL reserves the right to deliver different products ordered at the same time separately, depending on availability.
Azul Fit SL will inform you of any delays immediately and endeavour to deliver product within a reasonable amount of time.

5. Making Your Order

Orders must be made via the online system, or via email at info@www.azulfit.com. Orders will then be confirmed via our system, or via email. Terms of payment will be agreed at time of order.

6.Order Fulfillment

Once orders are confirmed, terms of delivery, payment price confirmed and payment received, orders will be processed and delivered to confirmed address. If any unforeseen changes to this clause occur, Azul Fit SL will inform the customer immediately and confirm new delivery dates and times.

7. Correspondence

All correspondence needs to be received in written form, by email at info@www.azulfit.com.

8. Cancellation

Once order has been confirmed, cancellation is not possible. You are responsible for full payment of goods.

9. Returns and Dissatisfaction

We aim to provide excellent customer service.If you are not happy with any of our products, we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the products are returned within 14 days in perfect condition (with no stains), unworn, and in their original packaging.

Do be careful when trying on clothing, as clothing left with marks or stains will not be accepted.

Please note that we want you to be happy, therefore we accept exchanges & offer refunds on SALE ITEMS also, as long as the items are returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Your feedback is invaluable to us so please do inform us why you’d like to exchange your item – we always aim to offer the best possible service and want to improve our selection and service for you.

When returning the goods, please send it recorded delivery and keep the receipt from the post office as proof of postage. Please return them to the address below:

If goods have manufacturer’s defect or are faulty in any production capacity, Azul Fit SL will accept the return for an exchange of goods. If you are dissatisfied with any product due to the size or fit, a written reply needs to be received within 7 days of receipt of goods. An exchange or full refund for the price of the goods will be offered. Return freight will be charged to the Buyer.

All goods must be in their original condition, packaging and received back with purchase proof/receipt to Azul Fit SL within 14 days of original receipt of goods. It is at the discretion of Azul Fit to deal with each individual situation to the best mutual outcome.

10. Complaints

Any complaints must be sent via written correspondence, preferably via email to info@www.azulfit.com. We will endeavour to reply to these complaints within 5 working days.

11. Basis of Sale

Sales must be made by a person 18 years or older. This service is intended for private individuals. Companies who wish to purchase wholesale must contact Azul Fit SL regarding wholesale orders.

12. Changes to the Service and Agreement

Azul Fit reserves the right to make changes to policies and this User Agreement at any time.

13. Cancellation of Order

Azul Fit holds the right to cancel orders via written correspondence if any of our terms and conditions are breached.
