My belief is that achieving true health and fitness isn’t binary, instead it’s a melting pot of approaches. This is the primary reason I wanted to work with AzulFit – our combination has allowed us to create a unique retreat mixing traditional exercise with expert Yoga and Pilates instruction.
We’ll combine the strength and circuit training with relaxing, injury-preventing Yoga and Pilates classes taught by professional teachers.
Your nutritional needs will be more than met with an abundance of healthy, home made and seasonal food cooked on site by professional kitchen staff. This is your holiday – leave the cooking to someone else!
The mental de-stressing aspect of the retreat is covered with meditation classes and a complimentary hour-long massage, allowing you to totally unwind.
Despite the classes, I haven’t forgotten that the Fit for Life retreat is about fun as well as fitness, so guests will enjoy two days of surfing lessons with fully qualified surf instructors, as well as a guided bike ride that will allow us to explore more of the Island.
