The ocean crashing against the white sand beaches and volcanic landscape provide a perfect place to combine Pilates' powerful core focus with nature's own energising elements for a perfect Pilates Holiday.  Jamie Isaac is a certified Level III Pilates instructor & has attended training and workshops across Europe and the United States to bring you the highest quality instruction to help you reshape and rebuild your body. Jamie's philosophy allows his students to learn Pilates with flow, concentration and breath focus, safely developing their own practice and pilates understanding.

We offer separate Pilates classes to accommodate absolute beginners, advanced and also offer special classes for pregnancy. At Azul Fit if you are looking for Pilates Holidays Abroad then we have all Pilates skill levels covered.

Our Pilates is mat based incorporating a range of classical techniques with clinical modifications to allow safe and challenging progression for your Pilates holiday. We have a philosophy of small class sizes to provide focused and individual attention.

Additional private sessions and 1 to 1's  are also available for those looking to develop technique, improve postural alignment or rehabilitate injuries.
