Our instructors on your Azul Fit wellbeing break will guide you through experiences of both Hatha and Astanga yoga. On your yoga break we will encourage you to sample the two very contrasting styles of yoga, but can also cater for those already keen to simply continue and further their own particular style and practice, with 1:1 sessions, or a personalised timetable reflecting more focus in any particular style.
