After your morning beach yoga class you will come back to the retreat for a delicious and healthy breakfast. Enjoy a varied selection of fresh and homemade food including mouthwatering fresh fruits, warm home-baked bread, homemade marmalades and spreads, eggs, pancakes, porridge… and an ever changing range of other creative and nurturing dishes to set you up for the day with a smile on your face. It’s the perfect way to start your day on this healthy holiday.

The food is inspired by our head chef, nutrition advisor and cookbook author, Jo Dombernowsky and expertly prepared by Valeria. There’s always plenty to choose from and the breakfast table is often hard for to leave, with nurturing food, warm vibes and good conversation with like-minded people.

We also offer two inclusive evening meals in your package, also prepared by Valeria and team – for a delicious, balancing meal and a great chance to enjoy the famous healthy retreat food during your week with us.

For the rest of your meals you have the choice of a variety of great restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep – from the fresh and healthy food at surf cafe Citrus, to Sanus just down the road that offers food for every diet from vegan to gluten free, to seafood down by the habour and traditional tapas restaurants there’s lots to enjoy.
