Daily breakfast of fresh fruits and yogurt is available before the morning session.
Daily brunch (fruit salad, home-made muesli and granolas, home-made bread, eggs or healthy pancakes, juice, herbal teas and coffee) is served after the morning session. A delicious salad or soup option will also be served.


Delicious and healthy evening meals are included within the cost of the course, designed by our nutrition advisor, Jo at Azul ‘HQ’. Meals will be prepared with love by your California hosts Brandi, Karissa or Stella.


Truly healthy, truly delicious cookbook

The retreat food is so popular it is now available as a cookbook.

There are also self-catering facilities at the retreat, with herbal teas and water available throughout the day, and there are lots of amazing vegetarian restaurants and cafes in the area for lunches.
