 I recently moved to the island from Madrid with hopes of finding a better quality of life and quickly found it here. I have learned so much in the kichen and this is what I love about Azulfit- there is a great feeling amongst the team and we are always trying to improve our flavours, techniques, style, and methods of cooking. For me, the lunches and dinners are all great recipes, but my favourites would be the vegan mozzarella, the spicy lentil soup, and moussaka are delicious.
