March Matness & more...

Spring is here! Every March our founder Jamie demonstrates a Pilates excercise as part of the March Matness fun online. We invite you to try to move a little everyday!  By fitting in some short practices when you have time, we get in those healthy movement breaks, we reduce our stress levels and we feel much more open and energised. So we invite you to roll out your mat with us in March and take a chance to move and smile. 

To celebrate the Pilates fun we have some amazing new Pilates content to share, including more How To tips on ways to make even the toughest exercises accessible, and a core focused mat workout with Jo. Look out for more from our Pain Free series and as always connect with us with our Zoom live sessions.
