In this meditation by yoga instructor Vicky, you will be guided through breath counting and breath stages, to allow you to focus on the inhalation breath, the space between, and your full exhalation. Your worries will melt away and you will learn to release tension and anxiety as you follow the simple counts and listen to Vicky’s cues and follow the journey of the breath.
Please ensure you are sitting or lying comfortably before you begin this meditation. Start by closing your eyes. Relax and take a few slow, deep breaths into your abdomen. Feel the tension in your body dissipate and notice how the muscles in your face, jaw and shoulders start to relax.
