What our guests say...
I came back beginning of march (my second time in Azulfit) and it feels a bit like “coming home” again; to this nice place and warm yoga “family”.
The yoga – and pilates lessons are managed by top instructors, the massages are very professional and they take individual care of you.
The homemade vegetarian food is so fresh, healthy and after all: delicious!
It’s a perfect calm location in the North of Fuerteventura, surrounded of many nice and smiling people.
After only one week; your stability, energy and positivity is increasing a lot.
I will come back next year 😊
Namaste 🙏🏻
The people who worked there were all very friendly and helpful. The group of people on the retreat were a mix of solo travellers like me, and groups of friends. Everyone was lovely, and happy to chat, which meant we all had any quiet time we needed, while also you get the opportunity to meet some cracking company.
The food was outstanding; all so fresh, nutritious, and I ended up eating such a greater variety of food than I normally do. One night group of us went out for dinner locally and for wine which was lovely too.
I stayed in one of the Ganesha rooms – the one with the en-suite – and loved its cool, calming design and quiet aspect. Heavenly.
Last but not least – the classes. Both the yoga and the pilates were fantastic. The instructors were encouraging and, as someone who had not tried a lot of different yoga styles before, really opened my eyes to different forms – one that I fell in love with.
In terms of getting out of the retreat, I was happy walking to the village, and to a bus stop, and fine without a car. I liked being able to get about by myself, and practise some of my very rusty Spanish in the process! I would recommend doing the crater walk – Calderon Hondo – which is not far.
All in all, I think Azulfit really delivers on peace, food, people, exercise and atmosphere. Planning my next trip out as I type!
