How do I get to the retreat?
The Azulfit Surya Retreat is located in the village of Villaverde.
Getting here from Fuerteventura airport
Fuerteventura airport is 35 minutes from the Surya Retreat. We recommend that you allow us to organise a transfer for you. This will ensure that you have no waiting around at the airport and that your driver knows exactly where you are going, allowing you to get to us and settle in as smoothly and stress free as possible.
The cost is as follows:
1 Guest – 45 euros
2 Guests – 22.50 euros per person
3 Guests or more- 15 euros per person
We always try to arrange shared transfers for guests arriving at similar times to keep your costs down. Travel and COVID-19
There is no interruption to our retreat schedule and we have not had cancellations resulting from COVID-19. If you are worried about travel, please consult your airport or local health authority for up to date information and guidelines. Current travel advisories can be seen using this link. Please add ‘cancel for any reason’ travel insurance as a supplement to your travel insurance plan, in case you are advised not to travel as a precaution or in case you don’t feel comfortable travelling. Please read this article for more helpful info and below, see what we are doing to protect you during your retreat. We recommend World Nomad options as they don’t exclude COVID-19 from coverage but do your research and speak to an agent to find the plan that is right for you.
I am a solo traveller, is this ok?
The majority of our guests travel to us on their own to take a much-needed break away from the pace of day-to-day life. You will meet other like-minded people who are with us for a healthy break. At the retreat, brunches and five evening meals are included and the group dines and socialises together. On the remaining evenings’ guests often choose to enjoy meals together at one of the excellent restaurants a short walk away. You also have the option to stay in and self-cater. During free time, some guests like to spend time exploring the island together, other guests are happy to enjoy the beautiful beaches and downtime on their own – whatever your needs are, Azulfit offers a fun and safe environment for solo travellers of all ages.
