A 5000 year old philosophy of holistic wellbeing, yoga grew from its Indian roots to become a widely recognised practice for the body, mind and spirit.

Azul yoga instructors
Our instructors come from a variety of yoga backgrounds, including hatha yoga, yoga therapy, vinayasa flow, power yoga and ashtanga. All are passionate about their practice and are skilled practitioners and teachers. A yoga holiday with Azul
During your stay with us, you will have the opportunity to try many different types of yoga, from the dynamic and energetic vinyasa flow to the deeply relaxing and restorative practice of hatha yoga and yoga nidra. If you are new to yoga, this is an excellent opportunity to try different styles and find one that fits with your needs and aims. If you are already practicing a particular style of yoga, you can improve your existing practice, and broaden your experience by trying something new.
Our classes will help you improve many aspects of your practice, including strength, breathing, flexibility and focus. You can supplement the group classes with 1:1 sessions to really make the most of the knowledge and attention of our instructors.
