The ocean crashing against the white sand beaches and the volcanic landscape provide a perfect setting to combine Pilates’ powerful core focus with nature’s own energising elements for a perfect Pilates retreat. Our instructors are fully qualified and regularly attend workshops and training around the world to maintain the highest quality. With opportunities to try different approaches to the method, including Stott and Classical Pilates our instructors combine modern knowledge and safe practice to make a challenging and safe course for you. Our instructors will also integrate modern concepts, yoga and personal training to make the best possible program for each individual.
We offer separate Pilates classes to accommodate absolute beginners and advanced practitioners and also offer special classes for pregnancy.
Our Pilates is mat based, incorporating a range of classical techniques with clinical modifications to allow safe and challenging progression. Use of small equipment, balls and bands throughout the classes challenges our clients whilst safely helping them build strength and awareness of movement and breath. We have small class sizes to provide focused and individual attention.
Additional one-to-one sessions are also available for those looking to develop technique, improve postural alignment or rehabilitate injuries.
